Debroah Backer

Deborah Backer nee Osman Born14th April,1959 Died 21st March 2014. She was the wife of Nigel Backer, mother of two, sister, friend, lawyer, politician, a great debater. Ms Backer was a people person never too busy to listen to their problems. she will be laid to rest on the 28th March,2014, viewing will be done at the Parliament building from 12.00p.m-1.00p.m then to St Andrews Kirk for tributes and funeral service.
